work and always seems to be at her desk. Yvonne has been the welcoming face of the practice
for some time now and is popular with everyone she meets. |

| Noreen
covers one afternoon each week on the desk. Having nursed in my surgery
for quite some time she has see the practice working from both sides of the
surgery door.
Both Yvonne and Noreen
have now mastered the use of the computerised appointment system and are
slick at tracking any enquiries which you may make |

Most of the daily enquiries will be
handled professionally by Yvonne and Noreen. Occasionally they will pop their head into
the surgery to check this and that. They are great at juggling appointments to suit todays busy lifestyles. |
