Shared Practice
The practice is  jointly owned  in equal share by myself and Simon Allum.  Although we have a close relationship we are in fact  separate businesses.

Patients receive continuity of care as we are both established and have put down deep roots. Indeed there is a stable patient base at Onward House with most patients having been with us for many years. There is a healthy commitment by us both to peer review and professional development.
 
Our Closely Knit Team
We  value our staff highly and have a loyal team.   With a low staff turnover and a regular clientelle we can more often than not put names to faces without having to stare into a computer screen.

Here To Help Time is booked out each day for  registered patients with urgent needs. Furthermore with two full time dentists at Onward House there are no difficulties in covering extended course leave or  with holiday cover:  we remain open.  

Out of hours emergency cover is provided by a rota of local practitioners.

The latest team member is our new computer network! The surgery and reception have been fully computerised using state of the art hardware which is running the most comprehensive dental practice software available.

It is now childs-play to check appointments, update changes in your particulars, see your chart history and more without following the old paper chase around the practice.
